Class: Breath & Flow (Level 1/2)

Description: Awaken your Sunday morning with the synchronization of breath and movement! The first 20-30 minutes of class are spent gently waking up the body before moving onto the foundations of asana + flowing postures that integrate breath work, strength, balance and awareness. This class is best for students who are new to yoga, moving through injury, or looking to develop a more mindful connection between breath and body.
